The Story of Recharge Wellness and Our Mission to Transform Mental Health Support.

The Recharge story started off the back of Founders Nick and Femi identifying thousands of people within the system falling between the gaps: the gap between being ‘okay’ in the community and needing hospitalisation. After working many years in the public health sector, we realised people need simpler ways to access effective mental health support, regardless of their stage, situation or status.



Coupling effective technological solutions including software platforms with high quality professionals, we found that having a discreet and tailored approach to skill acquisition along with support from experienced professionals was the most effective way of reduce signs and symptoms of anxiety within our demographic.

About Me

I’m Anne, a registered psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the public health sector and 10 years in private practice. My approach is client-centered, and I strive to create a safe, therapeutic space where self-exploration and understanding can take place. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse communities, which has deepened my commitment to helping those who experience emotional pain, distress, or confusion. These challenges may stem from trauma, personality patterns, anxiety, depression, difficulty with emotional regulation, parenthood, life transitions, or grief and loss. With my own life experience, I feel honoured when people trust me with their stories. It’s important to me that clients feel I can sit with them and guide them through the exploration needed to reach a place of healing. I am skilled in assessing treatment needs and helping individuals make positive changes to unhelpful behavioural patterns, while improving their mental health and overall life situations. I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
