Mental Health Screen
The Mental Health Screen is a tool used to identify risks and assist in providing clarity on how to best support your workforce. This screen is reviewed by a team of experienced organizational mental health clinicians. It combines quantitative results from a self-report questionnaire and the qualitative insight from one-on-one staff interviews, providing a robust and accurate assessment of the mental health concerns present within your organization. The report also includes detailed recommendations on how to manage these concerns.

Counselling
Employee Assistance counselling is a 45 minute, 1 on 1 session conducted by our team of psychologists and mental health clinicians. We focus on matching the staff member with the best clinicians based on their needs, done through a triage process with a mental health clinician. Ensuring the best result for your entire workforce

Pre-employment mental health assessment
The pre-employment mental health assessment is a tool used to identify potential risks and assist in making informed hiring decisions. This screen is reviewed by a team of experienced organisational mental health professionals.
The screen combines quantitative results from a self-report questionnaire and qualitative insight from one on-one staff interviews where necessary, providing a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the mental health concerns of job applicants. This, in turn, allows you to make informed decisions on how best to support the mental well-being of your workforce.
