Mental Health Screen

The Mental Health Screen is a tool used to identify risks and assist in providing clarity on how to best support your workforce. This screen is reviewed by a team of experienced organizational mental health clinicians. It combines quantitative results from a self-report questionnaire and the qualitative insight from one-on-one staff interviews, providing a robust and accurate assessment of the mental health concerns present within your organization. The report also includes detailed recommendations on how to manage these concerns.

Counselling

Employee Assistance counselling is a 45 minute, 1 on 1 session conducted by our team of psychologists and mental health clinicians. We focus on matching the staff member with the best clinicians based on their needs, done through a triage process with a mental health clinician. Ensuring the best result for your entire workforce

Pre-employment mental health assessment

The pre-employment mental health assessment is a tool used to identify potential risks and assist in making informed hiring decisions. This screen is reviewed by a team of experienced organisational mental health professionals.

The screen combines quantitative results from a self-report questionnaire and qualitative insight from one on-one staff interviews where necessary, providing a comprehensive and accurate assessment of the mental health concerns of job applicants. This, in turn, allows you to make informed decisions on how best to support the mental well-being of your workforce.

- If risks are found, further assessment is recommended

Mental Health Training

Our training sessions, we ensure all of the participants are active
and gain real life skills that can be applicable immediately after
the session.We have a full suite of allied health staff involved in our services,
with over 100 years of combined experience in the mental health
industry. Including Doctors, mental health nurses, psychologists
and counsellors.
