About Me
Hi, I'm Angela. My day often starts with an early morning walk with my dogs; there's something magical about the quiet of the early morning that sets the perfect tone for my day. Having navigated my own lived experiences with losing a loved one to suicide has really shaped my practice as a psychologist. I aim to support my clients in a compassionate and non judgemental way. I have extensive experience with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and with clients experiencing suicidal ideation, having worked in a suicide prevention outreach team. I also have some experience working with clients with adhd, bipolar, schizophrenia and personality disorders. I look forward to getting to work with you and supporting you on your mental health journey.

My approach includes CBT, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am very committed to using evidence based techniques.
