I’ve always been fascinated by human behaviour—what drives us, how we make sense of challenges, and how we find meaning in our lives. As a psychologist, I focus on creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take meaningful action. Outside of work,I enjoy physical exercise, cooking, coaching junior sport, and unwinding with my family and our beloved golden retriever.
