About Me
Lexi is a registered psychologist who has worked in both community and correctional settings. She has experience working with individuals at all stages of life, addressing a wide range of concerns with a client-centred approach. She is passionate about supporting people, being part of their journey toward change, and helping them build more meaningful and fulfilling lives. She draws on evidence-based therapeutic models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to tailor her approach to meet the diverse needs of her clients. She possesses a strong interest in the connection between physical and mental health and enjoys spending her time gardening and staying active with her animals.
