The Story of Recharge Wellness and Our Mission to Transform Mental Health Support.

The Recharge story started off the back of Founders Nick and Femi identifying thousands of people within the system falling between the gaps: the gap between being ‘okay’ in the community and needing hospitalisation. After working many years in the public health sector, we realised people need simpler ways to access effective mental health support, regardless of their stage, situation or status.



Coupling effective technological solutions including software platforms with high quality professionals, we found that having a discreet and tailored approach to skill acquisition along with support from experienced professionals was the most effective way of reduce signs and symptoms of anxiety within our demographic.

About Me

I am a compassionate Counsellor dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges by providing a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts and emotions. My work focuses on helping clients process past and present trauma and navigate the effects of societal pressures that impact their mental health and well-being. I assist people dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, addiction and work-related stress. Many clients come to me seeking support for emotional challenges stemming from childhood experiences, personal setbacks, and societal expectations. I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being. Through our sessions, clients gain practical tools to manage their mental health, enhance self-awareness, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. By fostering a compassionate and supportive environment, I help clients feel heard, valued, and equipped to face life’s challenges with confidence.
