About Me
Natalie is a registered psychologist who has worked across the lifespan for a number of years. Natalie is interested in working with adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues and trauma. Natalie endeavours to tailor treatment to her clients by working throughout treatment collaboratively with the client, their medical treatment team and/or supporting individuals to assist individuals in meeting their treatment goals. Natalie offers an open, compassionate, warm and relaxed approach in supporting you to tackle life’s challenges and help navigate your unique journey while working towards engaging in the development of meaningful and healthy relationships. Natalie offers a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to connecting with clients in an engaging but unorthodox manner to maximise rapport and enhance treatment goals. Natalie values a client-centred approach within my sessions to create the most effective treatment for clients.
Professional Experience
Within Natalie’s professional capacity, she has worked within the private sector and provided support to clients from varying cultural backgrounds and presentations. She has also provided treatment to individuals through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medicare and privately. and not-for-profit sectors working with clients across the lifespan.

My Approach to Therapy
Within Natalie’s therapeutic approach, she utilises evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), components of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders (FBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E).
