Hi, I’m Nishat. I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s ups and downs with empathy and understanding. I’ve worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across different settings, supporting them through challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, chronic pain, neurodevelopmental conditions, and personality disorders. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I believe in tailoring my approach to each person’s unique experiences, culture, and language.
